We stayed three nights in a Premier plus room. It was lovely, the bed was so comfortable and the shower excellent. The staff were really nice to chat with. Beefeater right next door had an excellent menu and drinks, and its staff were very helpful. It’s easy to drive back to Gloucester or take a trip to Cotswolds. I’d definitely stay again.

This was my fourth stay here, and in my opinion it’s the best hotel in the Cotswolds. I like the countryside setting and how quiet it is. The newly refurbished rooms are really good, and the staff were top class as always. Reception was always manned. I’ve always been pleased with The Twelve Bells Restaurant, and once again the food was great, prices sensible and service fast, courteous and friendly. Thank you. See you next year.

I booked at the last minute to see my dad, and this was the only option. The price was a little erratic, but the room was clean and well equipped, with both a bath and shower, which was a bonus. The bed and pillows were far too hard, though, and I woke with back and neck pain. There was quite a lot of noise overnight, with loud banging doors and TVs audible. Not sure I’d stay again.

We came because my wife had a function in the next village. The room felt nice, with an art deco look, a giant lamp and paintings on the walls. The internet was terrible, though. The signal was poor and kept disconnecting, which is a huge problem because my own mobile data wasn’t good in the area either.

A busy little Premier Inn, but mostly just what you’d expect from one. It’s nice to get what you expect and have a comfortable night’s sleep. The hotel WiFi wasn’t great, though. I spent all night being prompted to reauthenticate, and support immediately blamed it on the hotel’s coverage.
