Premier Inn Cirencester

The Premier Plus room was spacious and comfortable, and check-in was easy and friendly. The location worked well for getting around the area, and I left happy enough to come back. Still, it seemed odd to have the Plus rooms on the ground floor. I usually book Plus hoping for a quieter spot, so that was disappointing. I slept mostly okay, though the many lights right outside the window bothered me.

Claire, the hotel manager on duty, sorted out a housekeeping issue as soon as we arrived and quickly moved us to another room. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. My husband and I had another fabulous visit to Premiere Inn Cirencester, and Claire reminded us why we keep choosing Premiere Inn. Thank you!

The family room had mould throughout, especially in the bathroom, and there were holes in the walls. When we complained, nobody apologised for the inconvenience. They even handed us a key to a room that was occupied before they realised. At the hotel bar, our water had a hair in it. At 4am, the fire alarm woke the whole hotel. No staff member guided people out, so it felt chaotic and unsafe. I saw one staff member the whole time, running up the stairs and saying it was a false alarm, but the alarm kept going for another 20 minutes. It left me seriously concerned about how organised the staff would be in a real fire. We got no kind greeting when we arrived or when we left.

We stayed for a business meeting and had a lovely time. The room was nice, the shower hot, and we couldn’t hear the road from it. There’s parking on site, breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the nicest Premier Inns we’ve stayed in.
