I was here on a business trip before heading back offshore to the North Sea just in time for Christmas. The team at The Prom made going to work offshore over Christmas feel very bearable. Lauren, Keira, Monica, Rob and Billy were especially welcoming, though everyone was incredibly polite. I had a really pleasant two-night stay, with a comfortable room and great food. Huge thanks to the whole team, front of house and behind the scenes. Five stars for The Prom. Hopefully I'll see you all in 2026. Sam the Diver.

Simon and I had a brilliant time at this beautiful hotel, and were upgraded to rooms 108, 110. Our room was cleaned every day. Five stars to the cleaning staff, especially Donna and Leslie, who cooked and served breakfast. Donna was lovely, always greeting us with a smile and helping us find things to do during the week. Leslie is a brilliant cook and catered for everyone's needs. Simon asked me to thank everyone for a wonderful week. We'll definitely be back next year. ❤️

That Sunday roast was fantastic. The portions were super generous, the trimmings were great, and the beef was beautifully rare. I was really impressed by the quality.

I've been coming to this great hotel for years, and Lesley and the breakfast team are a big reason why. She's the heart of the place, always smiling and lovely with the kids. Her breakfasts are fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly, there's disabled access, and a lift goes up to the first floor. They don't have parking, but there's a reasonably priced parking meter two minutes away. The only downside is that the cleaning could be more thorough.
