Premier Inn London Hammersmith - Ravenscourt Park

Staff were great, especially helpful, and breakfast was good. The area is nice, with plenty of shops, and the Underground is only a two-minute walk away, making central London about 20 minutes away by Tube. The room was small and looked dated compared with other Premier Inns. The walls were so thin I could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms.

When our group got stranded in London during the Heathrow shutdown chaos, manager Lenuta went above and beyond to help us book extra nights. She was incredibly kind, and the staff even arranged a birthday celebration for two college students who couldn’t be home for their birthdays because the trip was extended. We can’t praise the team enough. The Premier Inn London Hammersmith (Ravenscourt Park) is also well placed, near a lovely park and cafes, an easy walk from Hammersmith’s amenities, and close to Ravenscourt station for Tube connections across the city. Last spring, we found the stay comfortable, clean, and affordable.

The beds were comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Storage was limited, and bedside chests and some bathroom shelves would have helped. There were no power sockets beside the bed, which was inconvenient. I could also hear a lot from the next room, as the sound insulation wasn’t very good.

The staff were excellent, really warm and welcoming, and breakfast was very good. It’s one of the older Premier Inns I’ve stayed in, but my room was clean and well placed for work, with the Tube nearby. I’ll be back a few times this year.
