Holiday inn Express Harlow

Parking was the one drawback. We had to leave the car up the road in a run-down multi-storey car park. I was in town for a course and stayed at the Holiday express for two nights. The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Mihaela during evening food service. The room was clean and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were surprisingly good.

The breakfast buffet was a strong point, with good-quality food and enough variety for different tastes. I also found the rooms spacious, quiet, and very clean, with large, extremely comfortable beds that made it easy to rest. The furniture and decor feel a little dated, but everything is in good condition and clearly well looked after. It's a comfortable, quiet hotel for anyone who values cleanliness, a good breakfast, and a proper night's sleep, even if the place isn't modern.

Aspa, Courtney Sienna and Grace at the front desk made my stay. They greeted me warmly, handled check-in smoothly, and did their best to make sure I was comfortable and to deal with every request with a smile. That genuine hospitality made the whole experience. I’ll definitely come back.

We booked through hotels.com for Saturday 7th March, and there was a mistake with the reservation. The women at the front desk were incredibly helpful, though. I didn't get their names, but please pass along our thanks. The hotel was comfortable and clean, and breakfast had a good range of choices.
