We’re staying in room 1 for three nights, and it feels like a lovely little cottage with everything you need and more. Breakfast has been wonderful, and Mark and Sue are both so friendly. They left us little Easter eggs, and there’ll be cake too. We’ll be back in the future.

There’s lots to do nearby, though you’ll need a car, and several local pubs within ten minutes serve good quality food. We had a great stay last week. Sue and Mark made us feel very welcome and have clearly put care into the details and quality. The rooms were superb, and breakfast sets you up for the day.

We had another lovely visit. The rooms were spotless, and the toiletries were super. Sue really notices the small details, like a chocolate on the pillow and homemade scones left on a tray. Mark cooked a wonderful breakfast, and Sue’s breakfast trifle is delicious. They make you feel they really want your stay to be enjoyable and memorable. We’ll certainly stay again.

Set in the countryside between Harrogate and Skipton, this is a lovely place to stay. Sue and Mark were warm and friendly, and the accommodation was excellent, very clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was excellent too. Well worth visiting and thoroughly recommended.

We felt right at home here and will definitely return. Sue gave us such a warm welcome, and the room was perfect, immaculate and cosy. Cold cotes had thought of everything we might need, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. We chose breakfast the night before and really enjoyed the beautifully cooked Yorkshire breakfast. The location is handy too, about 10-15 minutes from Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripley and nearby places. Couldn’t recommend it more.
