Dinner and breakfast at Brewers Fayre were both excellent, and the restaurant team were welcoming and attentive. Having it right there was a real plus. My room was roomy, clean, and had everything I needed, including quick Wi-Fi, a big TV, and tea and coffee. The bed was very comfortable too. I was especially glad of the location near the Stena Line terminal, which made my early ferry departure easy and stress-free. The welcome at reception was warm and efficient as well. A brilliant stay, and an easy 5/5.

That standard late checkout was especially useful this time. We had plans to see friends on the way home, and it gave us time to sort out work matters before switching to the leisure part of the trip. The staff are friendly and really helpful, which makes work trips to Harwich, a place that can be awkward to reach, much more pleasant. I’m happy to recommend the hotel, and generally have only good things to say about Premier Inn.

Sue and Amanda were splendid, so helpful and accommodating. They did everything they could to make sure the whole team was happy during the stay, and went above and beyond with whatever we asked. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Harwich Premier Inn for two nights at each end of our week-long trip to Netherlands, and it was great. The hotel was clean throughout, from the gardens and car park to the rooms. Amanda and Jade at the desk were excellent, polite, and very helpful with the parking arrangements. You can leave your car at the hotel, with the fee given as a donation to their charity GOSH when you leave. What a great charity. Thanks for a lovely stay.

It may not be the best hotel on the planet, but after more than three months here, it really feels like home. The people have started to feel like family, and the staff do their best each day to keep me comfortable, happy, and looked after. Big thanks to Amanda, Jade, James, Sue, Estelle, Jack, John, the housekeeping team, Reece, Nicole, Yazmin, Sharon, Rhia, Lucy, and everyone else whose name I may have forgotten. You all make this place special.
