Premier Inn London Hayes North

My mum stayed here from January until this week, and Cara, mags & Michelle (sorry if I spelt it wrong) were fantastic. They were so attentive, warm, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make things stress-free for both my mum and me. I honestly can’t thank them enough. The rooms are immaculate, and housekeeping work really hard to keep them looking wonderful. The beds are so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Great location, wonderful staff, and amazing service. Thank you all for your hard work 💜

The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant, with a hot shower. We used it as our base for four days of work, and it was perfect. There’s a kettle and supplies in the room, with extras at reception. Cara was especially helpful when we arrived. She was polite, smiling, and attentive, made sure our car was booked under the right registration, and explained the on-site amenities, breakfast, evening meal, and what to do if we wanted the room cleaned. We saw her again before leaving, and she wanted to make sure the hotel had suited us. We’ll definitely return.

Mishel, Mags & Jade made my stay stress-free and genuinely enjoyable. They were attentive and welcoming from the moment I arrived, always friendly and professional. They took time to answer my questions properly, help with requests, and make sure things ran smoothly. Their positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond really made a difference. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about guests feeling comfortable. They’re a real credit to the team and company. I sincerely thank them for their excellent service and attention.

Sunday breakfast at Beefeater Hayes was a really pleasant start to the day. Jade and Siv were lovely, and Jade checked in on us and made sure we were well looked after. The food was fresh and tasty, and arrived at just the right time. It was relaxed and well organised, with attentive service that never felt intrusive. We’ll definitely be back.
