Heathrow Inn

Anna at reception made a difficult night much easier. I arrived late, cold and soaked from the rain after being at the hospital, and was told check-in after midnight normally isn’t allowed. Once I explained what had happened, Anna understood and let me check in. She quickly gave me a fresh, lovely, spacious room, and her kindness meant so much at that moment. The price was very good for London, and the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I’m very grateful for Anna’s help and the excellent service. I’d recommend Heathrow Inn Holiday to anyone looking for an affordable, safe place to stay in London.

We had good food and drinks, and the hotel was clean, lovely, and affordable for a weekend away. That lovely young woman, I think her name was Haleema, treated us so well. She’s funny, brilliant, and selfless, and made our stay worthwhile. I’m grateful for that and want to thank you for having us. Hope to come back soon!

I’ll be back to try the food, and maybe stay at the hotel too. I came across this hotel, bar, and restaurant while in Hayes for work. Haleema welcomed me as soon as I walked in and helped me choose when I couldn’t make up my mind. The latte was spot-on, and the shisha flavour she suggested was exceptional. The place is spotless. Big thanks to Haleema for being so welcoming.

I happened upon this place a while ago and saw it had a bar and Shisha. Haleema served me and was kind, friendly, and attentive, with excellent customer service. She made the experience memorable. I’ll try the hotel next time I’m back in London.
