Premier Inn Heathrow Airport (M4/J4)

The food was excellent, much better than we expected. We stayed three nights, went to visit people in another city for three nights, then came back for two more. When I called ahead, they agreed to store some of our luggage, but when it was time to leave, the woman who said she was the manager gave us a hard time about it. If you need to do this, get the name of the person you speak to and a confirmation number. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the twin room was a little small. There was no closet or safe. They also charge extra for early check-in.

A handy spot for both business and holidays, with rooms that are good and a fair price for parking. The food and drink choices are really nice, and the customer service is second to none. Highly recommend it.

The outside looks shabby, and the rooms could use some TLC, so this wasn’t the nicest Premier Inn we’ve stayed in. But we only needed a base for one night, and it did the job. The beds were as comfortable as usual. The staff were the friendliest we’ve come across at a Premier Inn. When we arrived on Saturday 14.03.26 at about 6pm, the man at the desk made us feel welcome and gave my two young children a little treat. In the room, I found a Mother’s Day card and a bar of chocolate from the hotel. Such a thoughtful extra, and not something I’d expect from a budget hotel. The woman at reception the next morning was just as friendly when we checked out. We left smiling. Thank you!

Only six minutes from Heathrow, and a great place to stay before a flight. The room was great, everything was very clean and tidy, and the food was lovely. The people working there were great too. I’d stay again if I was flying from Heathrow.
