That Valentine’s evening was wonderful from start to finish. The food was beautiful, the staff were fantastic, and the singer was great too. We both had a superb time. I can’t rate it highly enough.

We stayed in the oldest part of the manor for my partner’s birthday, and the room was the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The people here were so lovely, and the staff went above and beyond to make his stay feel special. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will certainly come back. Five stars just don’t seem enough ❤️🎁

The lunch with my father was a great success, with exceptional food and service. A tip for anyone driving there: come from the Henfield direction if you can. The road via Poynings/Fulking is in poor shape and has loads of potholes. Highly recommended.

We stopped in for an unplanned lunch at the bar, and it was dog friendly. The soup was gorgeous, the braised venison was tasty, and the focaccia with honey and fennel seeds was honestly the best I’ve ever tasted. There are lovely woodland walks nearby. We’ll plan a return visit.

The staff and food were outstanding, and the Christmas pudding was the best we’d ever tasted. We arrived on Christmas Day to a warm, friendly welcome, and the restaurant looked beautiful with all the decorations. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the whole day felt perfect. Thank you for such a lovely experience. We’ll be back and highly recommend this place.
