The host was a wonderful, very helpful lady, and breakfast was more than ample. The rooms are beautiful, in a great setting, with some excellent eateries just a short walk away.

Carol made my vegan girlfriend's breakfast work out beautifully, even with the challenges of a typical English breakfast. We were warmly welcomed by her, and the rest of the stay was a delight. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a great view, a beautiful location and lots of walking opportunities nearby. It's one of those places where you feel right at home. On arrival, we were greeted by Smudge, the black-and-white tomcat whose approval seems needed to enter, judging by the tile on the B&B's entry wall. Highly recommended! We did wonder why there isn't any 'waltzing weasel' merchandise, like T-shirts, since the name lends itself to that.

We had a lovely room and enjoyed the garden views while having our takeaway in the late afternoon. The service, room, setting, staff approach and location were all faultless from arrival to departure. Staff were friendly and easy to approach. The traditional breakfasts were cooked individually to your preference, and Carol leads with great attention to detail to make the stay what you'd hope for. We'll certainly return and wish WW many years ahead.

Carol gave us a very warm welcome and was a wonderful host. The room was lovely, we slept really well, and breakfast was faultless. There was proper cold milk for tea and coffee in the room too. The shower pressure was a little low, but it did the trick.

Carol, you're a credit to your business. We felt relaxed and welcome from the moment we rang the 'ring' doorbell, even though we were told we were too early to come in! The rooms were spotless, the beds comfy and the shower lovely. We had a great night's sleep and amazing morning views of kinder scout. There were binoculars on the windowsill to get a better look at the surrounding area. Breakfast was beautiful and freshly made, and Carol kept up her cheerful service throughout. We had a full English, with cereals and fruit to choose from while we waited. It was a great start before a big hike in the Peak District. This was by far the best B&B I've ever been to.
