I was braced for another disappointing budget stay after a bad night elsewhere, but the team at reception handled a booking problem brilliantly. My reservation hadn’t reached them, and they were fully booked, yet the gentleman there quickly arranged an upgrade to a full apartment they manage further up the road. It was clean, modern and fresh, and the service and hospitality were excellent. Thanks for being so professional.

I was looking forward to booking, but two calls put me off. The man who answered said he was a manager, though he didn’t sound like one to me. He struggled with simple questions and hung up on us both times, even though we were polite. That kind of attitude isn’t what I’d expect from a manager. Afterward I checked the reviews, and some of them made me glad I hadn’t booked. I definitely wouldn’t stay here.

I spent a year and a month here as temporary accommodation, and the staff were respectful and supportive throughout. Whenever we needed help, they responded without delay. The care and service were excellent, and I’m very grateful for how we were treated. It was a positive experience.

The desk was always staffed, and the people there were helpful. My room was clean and nice, and personally I found it very quiet. It suited me perfectly for what it is. I’d recommend it and would gladly return if I’m in the area.
