Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Terminal 4

We asked for a room overlooking the runway and the staff were happy to arrange it. Watching planes take off and land made our little one so happy, and the team's attentiveness helped our trip get off to a great start and finish. Everyone was polite and genuinely warm, and the service felt like what you'd expect at a five-star hotel. The airport views from the room were a real highlight. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and there was plenty of parking, which made arriving and leaving easy. Premier Inn T4 Heathrow delivered on comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and friendly service. Thanks to the whole team for such a lovely stay.

We'd stay here again and recommend it. The location worked well even though our flight was from T3, since the transfer to T4 is free. Reception were helpful, and the bar staff were great too, though the bar said happy hour was only for Christmas despite it being advertised everywhere. They serve Guinness 0.0, always a win. The katsu chicken and chips was listed as a side dish, but tasted really good. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the hot shower was lovely. The aircon wasn't great if, like me, you want a fan sound at night, but reception kindly provided a tall fan. Cleaning in the rooms was questionable. The places you'd normally check looked clean, but I made sure my wife didn't see the wall and floor beside my side of the bed.

Amber greeted me on arrival and was very friendly and polite. Getting here from Terminal 4 was easy, and the room had everything I needed: a rain shower, bath, TV, comfortable bed, extra pillows, and good air conditioning. The restaurant team were helpful and polite. My hunter's chicken arrived quickly and tasted great. I also enjoyed the apple and blackberry crumble sundae, though it had less fruit and crumble than you'd expect. Breakfast was good too: the cooked food was hot, the fruit salad fresh, and the apple juice cold. There were lots of coffee choices from the machine.

Once I found the walkway into the terminal, getting to the airport for my morning flight was very straightforward. The room was fine, and this was a good place to stay before flying. The information doesn't make the walkway clear, though. When I arrived by Underground, I was directed out of the airport and ended up crossing the car park and walking beside a dual carriageway before I found the entrance.
