Best Inn Hotel

There were nails on the floor, and the room was dirty, smelly, and unhygienic. We had booked and requested beds for four people, but found only three, and the room wasn't suitable for four anyway. We couldn't stay and had to leave.

The staff seemed completely unconcerned, and the whole stay was a nightmare. The smell was unbearable, the rooms were filthy, and insects were everywhere. Staying at Best In Hotel London felt like being locked up in a dirty prison. I can't understand how it's allowed to operate as a hotel. This was easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Avoid it unless you want to be miserable.

We booked three nights but left after the first and paid for two more nights somewhere else, with no refund. The place isn't fit for people to stay in, so don't be fooled by the low price. No electrical sockets worked even after we complained, and the warm water had such weak pressure it was barely possible to bathe. The beds, sheets, and cushions were filthy, and bugs were crawling around at night. Everything seemed worn out, from the floors, walls, furniture, and curtain hangers to the toilet, floor, and shower cabin. The whole building needs major renovations, if not demolition.

My friend found a bug moving around the room, which really unsettled her. There was also a nasty smell, a burn mark on the carpet, and stains on the curtains. She was very disappointed with how unclean the place was and wouldn't recommend it.
