Joan was a wonderful hostess, and breakfast was delicious. The room was very comfortable, with lots of restaurants within walking distance and the castle nearby. Had a lovely stay!

Joan was a superb host at Culliss House, a cozy and charming place to stay in Inverness. Downtown was just a short walk away, so we could come and go freely. I'd stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Inverness.

Joan is one of the sweetest people and such a caring host. We had to leave super early for our tour, so she kindly made breakfast an hour earlier for us. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the accommodations possible, and everything was lovely and very clean. A really awesome place to spend a vacation in Inverness.

Joan was a great host and I'd highly recommend this place. The hot breakfast was so good I couldn't finish it! The room was amazing, with comfy pillows and bed, a nice private washroom and a quiet atmosphere. It's a beautiful little b&b, about a 10min walk into town with all the amenities you could want. You can also get quickly onto the Loch Ness road for a look at the loch.

Joan makes you feel at home while you're away. She's kind and empathetic, one of the best hosts there is. The room was comfortable, very clean and well equipped.
