The bed wasn't all that great, but otherwise this suited me perfectly as a solo traveller from the US. It was fairly quiet, and I didn't hear the adjoining rooms. The room was clean, and the location was ideal, within walking distance of Church Street and everything there.

There wasn't much in-person contact with staff, which was fine. They were easy to reach on WhatsApp and replied quickly. The place was well located, easy to get to, and had convenient parking on site. One downside was the lack of room thermostats. We found it a bit chilly.

Booking and checking in and out were very easy. Our room was cosy, and the place was close to central Inverness while still staying quiet at night. One of the best places we've stayed during our holiday in Britain.

The Twin room Glen Coe was a good size and quiet, with comfortable beds, a coffee machine, a nice tea tray, and proper space for clothes and suitcases. The shower was hot and pleasant. We were there for one night, and the short walk into town made it easy to get what we needed. It's a contactless property, which suited me, so that didn't bother me. I do have a couple of quibbles: for the price, I expected breakfast to be included, but management no longer provide it. Also, the hospitality tray has disposable items, which is bad for the environment.

The self check-in was clear and seamless, and the bed was comfortable. We stayed two nights while road tripping around Scotland, and had a very pleasant time. Parking was a bit tight, but we were glad to have a space off the street. The location was great, around a 10-12 minute walk to the shops and restaurants in the centre.
