It’s a farmhouse B&B, so don’t expect a modern boutique look, and it doesn’t need one. The place was clean, comfortable and great value. My room was huge, with windows on three sides, lovely views, a roof terrace, armchairs, a comfortable bed, a decent shower and a mini fridge. It was peaceful and very quiet, the Wi-Fi worked well, and breakfast was great. The couple running it were lovely. They don’t take cards, but were happy to accept a bank transfer. Book direct using the prices on their website, which were much cheaper than the prices listed here. And do try their homemade honey, it’s lovely!

The location is amazing, quiet and beautiful. Our hosts were fantastic and so friendly, and the room was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely, especially the fried eggs and honey made on the farm. I’d give this place 100 stars. If I come this way again, I won’t look for anywhere else, this is where I want to stay. ♥️

Finding the place in the dark was tricky as I drove along narrow country lanes. It would probably have been much easier in daylight. Apart from that, I had a very pleasant stay. I was the only guest that night and arrived after 10pm, but the owners were accommodating and let me in despite there being no reception. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. It was a cold January night, yet the room stayed lovely and warm throughout. The owners were gracious and worked around my need to leave by 8am for breakfast. I was stopping for one night on the way to a work trip in Lowestoft.

Barbara and Len made us feel so welcome. The room was great, with lovely views and a little balcony where we could drink tea and watch the wildlife. They provided a hearty breakfast, along with milk, tea, sugar and a fridge. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it. Wendy & Mike Wilson

The owners were so welcoming, and it was lovely chatting with them and hearing about the farm. In the morning, I had a freshly cooked, hearty full English breakfast, and the hospitality was wonderful. My room was spacious and lovely, with its own entrance and en-suite, a comfy bed and everything I needed. There was also a kettle, mini fridge, Wi-Fi and TV. The price is amazing for what you get. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would come back if I’m in the area.
