Novotel Ipswich Centre

We slept really well in the comfortable bed, and the room was quiet, with no noise from the neighboring rooms. It was a good size and in an ideal location. There was a useful range of things in the room, including an iron, kettle, ironing board, security safe, mini fridge, hangers, wardrobe, and tea and coffee supplies. The only issue was a cold draft when sitting on the sofa directly in front of the window.

I park here every week for work because it's conveniently located and costs much less than the other nearby car parks. Whenever I go in to register and pay, the staff are friendly and helpful. I'd suggest adding a few more disabled spaces.

I stayed two nights for work. The room was lovely and comfortable with everything I needed, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there were good food and drink options. The Wi-Fi was hit and miss, which was frustrating. I ordered room service both nights and was charged more than the menu price. At checkout I told the staff they should update the price list so guests aren't overcharged or charged incorrectly. They were very apologetic, but I think they should have offered a refund. I paid £18.95 for a salad listed at £12, which is a big difference.

The room and staff were absolutely lovely. The shower leaked over the carpet, so we went down for more towels. Ricardo insisted on moving us to another room. Thanks to him for going above and beyond. He's a great credit to the company.
