Corinne had my room super clean, and Joe was superb at check-in, quick, polite and friendly. The reception area was spotlessly clean, and Joe was even hoovering it himself. Best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in this year, 10 out of 10.

My partner and I are staying at the Premier inn ipswich south hotel right now. Sheldon is absolutely amazing, nothing is too much trouble and he goes above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable and enjoying our stay.

I’m here for two nights for work, and the location is ideal. The gentleman at reception was so helpful and friendly, even though I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name. It was a breath of fresh air to be welcomed by someone so attentive. I’d definitely recommend it.

I was checked in with ease for my overnight stay, and Sheldon at reception was welcoming and gave me lots of useful information about things to do in the surrounding area. The room was made comfortable for my requirements. Thank you, it was a pleasant experience and I’ll return to this hotel.

We stayed over Valentine’s recently, and Sheldon at the desk couldn’t have done more for us. He carried our luggage upstairs, gave our little one some chocolates and a jug of ice, and made up a second bed without any fuss. We were also offered breakfast on the house, a lovely touch. We’ll definitely stay again.
