Breakfast was great, especially with those gorgeous views from the dining room, and the B&B is only a short walk from central Keswick. The family running it made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with good quality toiletries, even conditioner, which you don't often get. The place is tastefully decorated and you can tell the owners care. We'd happily recommend it.

The breakfast was spot on, and we slept really well in our spacious room. My husband and I came in September for our anniversary, and the staff were so warm and helpful from the moment we arrived. They showed us around the facilities and were genuinely lovely. The venue is beautiful, with gorgeous views. We'd recommend a stay and hope to visit again. Thanks for a fab time.

The family team looked after us so well, and we really appreciated that nothing felt like too much trouble. We stayed three nights and have just got home. It's a beautiful place with high standards and lovely service, and the breakfast was delicious. We'll definitely recommend it and plan to come back in summer. Thank you for making us feel at home. 🧡

We were lucky to find a room here on New Year's Eve. Michael gave us a friendly welcome, showed us around, and sorted out parking and an overnight charge for the car. The Prosecco was a lovely extra. It takes about 10 minutes to walk into town, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was really good, and they were happy to make my order with extra black pudding. Checkout was easy too. We'll be back.

The staff were all friendly and nothing was any trouble. We stayed a few nights over New Year, and found the rooms very clean with extremely comfortable beds. It's also handy for walking into Keswick or heading further afield. A wonderful place to stay.
