The breakfast had loads of choice, both hot and cold, and there was a coffee machine available around the clock. My room was lovely, big, and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I had a brilliant two-night stay and couldn’t fault it. I’ll definitely come back.

The staff were brilliant, from check-in through breakfast, and the hotel is handy for parking since it’s connected to a large shopping car park. The room was fine, with comfortable beds and a TV, although it was a little warm. Breakfast comes included. The beans were a bit mushy, but it did the job. For the price, it’s decent, around 3.5 out of 5, and a convenient place to stop.

It’s good value for the money, with a decent breakfast and an excellent spot inside a large shopping mall. Shops and other things are close by and easy to reach. Parking costs £9 a night, but you can’t take the car in and out multiple times. The rooms are on the small side and don’t have many amenities.

Four of us stayed on Saturday 1st November 2025. The hotel is in a great location, and our rooms were warm, clean, and roomy. The shared areas were clean too. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was very nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay again.

I was worried I’d left some things at the hotel, so I called. Jack was immediately cheerful and keen to help. He checked into it for me, then left a great voicemail explaining what he’d done when I wasn’t available for a call back. Top-notch customer service, 10/10, I’d definitely recommend.
