The staff were amazing, quick to answer questions and sort out anything I needed, from when I booked through checkout. Every interaction was positive, and their helpfulness made the stay feel personal and well supported. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, so I could arrive on my own schedule and get into the apartment without fuss. At Humber Lofts, the apartment was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with a good bed, reliable WiFi, and a proper kitchen. It felt well cared for, and the facilities were better than a standard hotel room. The city centre is just a short walk away, and it was quiet at night, so I slept well. Parking is limited, so check availability in advance. Once parked, it felt safe and convenient. I’d definitely stay again.

The team at Humber Lofts handled everything smoothly, from the communication before arrival to helping quickly with questions about on-site parking. They were professional and really helpful throughout. The apartment was quiet, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed. It’s in a central spot that works well for exploring Hull. A fantastic stay, and I’ll certainly return.

I had a proper sound time at Humber Lofts in Hull. I messed up my booking and hadn’t booked enough beds for everyone, then called in a panic. The team sorted it straight away, with no hassle. They were efficient and really friendly. The apartment was dead clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, it was quiet enough for a solid night’s sleep, and the location is spot on for getting around the city. Good value and cracking service. I’ll be back next time I’m up North.

The self-service set-up had the quality of a hotel, with thoughtful bits like milk and loo paper ready for us. Getting in was easy too, the entry system was the best we’ve seen in any accommodation. The staff couldn’t do enough to help, and our suite was spotless. We stayed in Hull for a friend’s engagement party, and this was hands down our best stay here.

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and nicely decorated, and the bathroom was amazing. Check-in went well, and we had the details and knew where to park beforehand. We had an amazing stay at Humber Lofts for my other half’s birthday. We’ll definitely be back.
