The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. We booked an accessible room, and it had excellent facilities and plenty of space to manoeuvre a wheelchair. Prices were competitive, and booking well ahead got us an excellent deal. I'd definitely stay again. It's centrally located and easy to find, with several car parks nearby. Check-in is self-service, but Vishi gave us first-class help getting all our rooms booked.

The hotel is quite central, so it worked well for getting around. There's a car park next door, though I didn't use it. For less than £70 total, the room and all-you-can-eat breakfast were very good value for the location. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. It had a TV, tea and coffee, soap, and a combined shower gel and shampoo, which seemed fair for the price. Staff were there to help with the self-service check-in, which made me wonder why they have the machines. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful, especially the black pudding. They talk up the mattresses, and they really are very comfy.

Ms. Valentina Aurelia Munteanu was especially lovely to talk with, so kind, warm, and funny. The ladies I met on staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their upbeat manner added a lot to my stay. Everything was spotless and well maintained, which helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. I enjoyed the atmosphere and service, and the stay exceeded my expectations. I'd gladly return and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable visit.

The hotel felt beautifully solid, like it was built with proper materials rather than the cheap, thin ones I've found at Travelodge or IBIS. For the quality and cleanliness, it seemed much better value than similar hotel brands. A big thank you to receptionist Ewin, who reheated my food in the staff room microwave. The hotel I stayed at before had turned down the same request, citing 'energy efficiency'. That small act of kindness really lifted the guest experience. Thanks, Ewin!

I felt uneasy staying here given the cost. People were throwing water balloons at the entrance, and staff didn't seem to care. There were also homeless people in the car park, which raised security concerns for me, especially since I had a vehicle for business. I'm not here to judge, but it was a worry. To reach a first-floor room, you have to walk through the restaurant. That's awkward with lots of luggage or when it's busy. Overall, it just didn't feel safe.
