Travelodge Kinross M90

The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. I also liked the price and how easy it was to reach from the motorway, with plenty of coffee and food choices at the services. But hotels really need to put a plug or USB socket beside the bed. That missing bedside charging spot drives me mad. Travelodge, please sort it out.

Sharon at reception was so warm and welcoming, she really made our stay feel special. We spent two nights at the Travel lodge Kinross, and the room was very clean. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet, and getting there was easy.

The bed was comfortable, and we had warm showers and TV channels. The room was clean, even though it didn’t smell very nice, and I suppose you get what you pay for. We couldn’t find a plug near the bed, so our phones had to stay on the TV stand while charging. There was only 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi, and we joked that perhaps they’d charge us for each toilet flush. There wasn’t a lock on the inside of the room.

The grass area was a nice bonus for my dog, and there was on-site parking. I returned to this Travelodge with my family and dog about three weeks after my first visit, and it was just as pleasant: friendly staff and a clean room. On that first stay I was travelling alone for one night, and since I wasn’t familiar with the system, the receptionist quickly offered help. I left early the next morning and came across the housemaid in the hall, who was just as pleasant.
