The location was perfect, just a short walk from coffee shops, bakeries and lovely views of Knaresborough. I had a cosy stay, and the bedroom was spotless with hypoallergenic bedding. The hosts were warm and friendly, and breakfast was nourishing and home cooked. I really appreciated the gluten free treats too 🙂. A lovely Yorkshire welcome, highly recommend.

The people running this place were so friendly, and the cooked breakfast was wonderful. We spent two nights here for our anniversary and found the rooms very clean and tidy. It’s in a fantastic location, and we’d definitely recommend staying here.

The quiet street was a real plus, though the shops, bars and restaurants are only about 50m away, and the railway station is around 100m away. We loved the beautiful little courtyard and the breakfast was so good. Our room was spacious, well appointed and spotless, with good furniture and a really comfortable bed. The bathroom was good too. Karen and the team were super hosts, such lovely people. Karen, your kindness and hospitality made this one of the best guesthouse stays we’ve had. Thank you for the cards as well, such a thoughtful touch. We’ll be back and will recommend you to others.

The breakfast was outstanding, and the owners were really friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean, with thoughtful extras: milk in the fridge, bottled water, cordial, hot drinks and biscuits. It’s a warm, welcoming place in a central location. We’d definitely stay again and can thoroughly recommend it.

The breakfasts were amazing, and the room was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. This B&B is such a lovely, welcoming place to stay, just a quaint short walk from the train station.
