The staff were absolutely lovely and even arranged a late checkout when I asked. The room was the letdown. It looked much older than the photos, and there was a dusty, old smell under a layer of air freshener. The bed itself had a cute, charming design. The TV stopped working, so I used my laptop instead, and the lift was out for the first two days, leaving us with the stairs. I probably wouldn’t stay again, since I hadn’t expected the room to be so dated.

We had a dreamy night in our lovely room, and breakfast in the cosy bar was a really nice experience. Vishnu and Hamish gave us such a warm welcome. In the refined heart of London, it felt like a perfect place to bring together love, nature and the art of living. We’ll remember our stay as a wonderful spot for a celebration as a couple.

Breakfast was delicious, the rooms couldn’t have been cleaner, and the hotel’s atmosphere made us feel like royalty. Emma, Hamish and Vishnu at reception took such thoughtful care of us and respected the privacy everyone deserves. We were so sad to leave Roseate House. “Wonderful stay” doesn’t begin to describe how happy we were. The elegance and service were at their very best. Can’t wait to come back.

Our room was charming and comfortable, with lots of character, and the staff took wonderful care of us. We were only at Roseate House London for a short stay, after booking at the last minute during a layover on our way to Spain, but we wished we had more time. Paddington Station is just a few minutes away on foot, and getting there on the Heathrow Express was so convenient. The neighborhood is beautiful too, with Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens just steps away for an afternoon walk. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in London.

I’ve stayed at Roseate twice before, in May and August 2025, and both visits were wonderful. On my recent quick stop in London, I had only 1.5 hours between flights and asked if I could leave my carry-on while I went for a run in Hyde Park. It was an unusual request, but the team welcomed me warmly and said yes with real professionalism. Their thoughtfulness made the short visit much easier and reminded me why I’ve loved staying there. It’s rare to find a hotel that cares so genuinely about its guests. I highly recommend it.
