Shona made us feel very welcome and comfortable, and the breakfast was top notch. This is a lovely B & B right on the sea front, in a great location. Her house has lots of lovely design touches in the furnishings and decor. Highly recommend!

Breakfast each morning was a full Scottish breakfast, with really yummy toast and jam. Seona is a delight, full of energy and makes everyone feel welcome. The house is beautiful and has lots of rooms, which were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here when you visit Largs.

Shona was such a lovely, welcoming host and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. My husband and I had a fantastic weekend at the broom Lodge. The room was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, and the whole place is stunning. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to our family and friends. My elderly father had a lovely time at Broom lodge, where Shona looked after him so well. He forgot his phone, and Shona kindly let me speak to him on hers while she was making him a lovely breakfast. Huge thanks to her. The lodge is right on the front, with lovely rooms, good prices, and great value. Breakfast was fab. Five-star Scottish hospitality.

Seona, the owner, was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed it. The room was nice, and the bed was very comfortable.
