The views are absolutely breathtaking, and my family and I enjoyed a beautiful meal at the Haylie Hotel. It’s such a quaint place, a charming and enchanting hotel, and rare to find one like it nowadays. Thank you for a memorable experience. I look forward to visiting again.

The restaurant was a great surprise, as we hadn’t realised how good it would be when we booked. Dinner was wonderful, and so was breakfast. We stayed overnight at The Haylie hotel and had a great time. The owners and staff were friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. Our room was a really good size, with a sea view and an en-suite shower room that looked recently refurbished.

The owner showed real empathy for my rescued dog and gave me a separate room, even though I was meant to share with another couple on this work trip. I’m so grateful to this kind person. I’d travelled with my dog, and thank goodness this place welcomes pets. It’s comfortable, quiet, secure and conveniently located, and the breakfast rocks. The best experience I’ve had in a long time. I recommend this hotel 100%.

Dinner on our last evening was top notch, and the fillet was the best I’ve had in Scotland. Breakfast had loads of choices, with pretty much everything homemade and delicious. The staff were sweet and went to great lengths to accommodate requests, with first-class service throughout. We found The Haylie Hotel small but cosy, with great views from the windows and clean, nice bedrooms. Our family of four had a somewhat larger room, a big bathroom with a luxurious shower, and a very comfortable bed. The extendable sofa was very large, though a bit less comfortable. Definitely recommend!

The staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable. We only stayed one night, but I’ll come back if I’m in the area. Lovely hotel, would recommend.
