We felt safe walking around the neighbourhood at any hour, and the shops and town centre were just a few minutes away. Getting around was easy too: Reading station is a short walk, buses stop right outside, and nearby cities, including London, are convenient to reach. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and helpful. We’d choose this hotel again when staying in Reading.

The room was tiny, but everything had its place and worked fine for me as a solo guest. If small spaces bother you, I'd ask about room sizes before booking. I only stayed one night, and both the person checking me in and the one checking me out were friendly and helpful. It's right in the city centre, and I'd happily come back.

The room was a bit cramped, and I wasn't keen on the glass partition around the toilet and shower. Sharing the room might've felt uncomfortable because of it. Still, the price was extremely good, and the staff were lovely. It's right in the centre, in a perfect spot, so I'd stay again.

I've been coming here for a long time, and Faizan is always around to help, with a positive attitude and real professionalism. He's a great guy and provides excellent service. Foram was very helpful during the day as well. Looking forward to next time.
