Breakfast was the highlight for us. The food and presentation impressed even my teenage daughter, so hats off to the chefs and kitchen team. The restaurant staff also looked and served 110%. I'd been nervous about staying with my family after reading some comments, but my experience at Hotel Indigo was completely different. The reception team were amazing, and treated us like old friends. The hospitality was top-notch, and the room was clean and cosy, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and a decent sofa bed. I truly recommend it.

The staff were friendly, professional and ready to help, and their genuine care made a real difference. Everything was spotless, from the room to the shared areas, and very well kept. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh, high-quality choices, a pleasure each morning. The location made it easy to get to local attractions, restaurants and public transport. I had a fantastic stay, felt comfortable and relaxed, and would definitely come back. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Adi on reception was so welcoming and engaging, apologies if I've got the spelling wrong. The bar area was nice, breakfast was great, and both teams were spot on. The bedroom was small but had what I needed, and the bed was comfortable. Great location too. All good, no complaints.

I've stayed at IHG properties all over the UK as a regular Platinum Elite member, and Hotel Indigo Leeds is the best Indigo I've experienced by far. The place feels fresh, welcoming and well presented, though what really lifts it is the service. Bradley at reception deserves a special mention. He did everything he could for me, acknowledged my Platinum Elite status warmly, and even called the day before I arrived. That kind of proactive help is rare and made a great first impression. I also got fresh cookies when I arrived, a lovely thoughtful touch. I'll absolutely stay again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Leeds.

No on-site parking is the main drawback, which is why I stopped at four stars. The nearest car park is about a five-minute walk away. I didn't try Banksa, since there are so many tempting places to eat within a ten-minute walk. I had a great stay overall and would come back. Room 216 is compact but laid out well, and very quiet at bedtime. The heating works, the shower is hot and powerful, and there's a fridge and safe. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the blackout curtains make it completely dark once the lights are off. The lift serves every floor, and the free hotel WiFi is great: over 60Mbps at busy times and more than 150Mbps when it's quieter. I was on my third and final night of a work trip when I wrote this.
