The reception team were friendly and helpful, and the building is a lovely old one right in central Leeds, close to the train station. We stayed twice, first in a spacious apartment over two floors, then in a smaller one last month. Both were spotless, with smart modern decor and everything we needed. Breakfast bits were provided in the fridge, including bottled water, milk, cereal, muffins and jam.

After a disastrous Airbnb retreat, we booked here at the last minute on a rainy night. The staff were so accommodating, helping us sort out parking and our luggage. The apartment was quiet and well insulated during a chilly, windy week, and it was only a few minutes from the train station. Parking was a short walk away, with plenty of little shops and restaurants nearby. It was spacious and immaculately clean. Housekeeping did an incredible job, everything was spotless, and the beds were comfortable with soft towels and robes. The kitchen had the little touches too, like toiletries and tea and coffee, and it was well equipped enough for us to cook some meals. Having a washer-dryer was lovely. The staff were always courteous, helpful and available. We'd definitely stay again if we're ever in Leeds. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We were on the top floor, looking over the courtyard and its statues. There was even a secret opening onto the rooftop, with views of the smokestacks, which was pretty cool. The room was spotless and really great, though super expensive.

The rooms were enormous, comfortable and well insulated, and it was nice having AC at night even though they stayed cool. Our luggage was easy to load at the bus stop just outside, and parking was only a few minutes' walk away. Tesco Express is a few blocks off, with an M & S and Sainsburys at the station nearby. The staff were friendly and generous, and housekeeping clearly works hard because everything was spotless. The kitchen amenities made the stay more comfortable, and the washer-dryer was a great bonus. The place looked just like the photos online. I'd definitely recommend it for a Leeds stay.

The room was warm and welcoming when we arrived late, around 11pm on Friday, and the breakfast snacks were handy with jet lag. The rooms were well appointed and the accommodation is brilliant for central Leeds. Online customer service and booking were excellent, and I'd stay here again over a hotel. A couple of things let it down. The lifts were out of order, but nobody offered help with our bags on arrival or departure. In the middle of the night the very loud fire alarm went off. Apparently it happens a lot when the shared bar's fire door is opened by mistake.
