Roomzzz Aparthotel Leeds Headingley

The apartments were spacious, bright and affordable, and a much better fit for our family wedding trip than the hotels we'd used before, where the space and lighting weren't great. I found Roomzzz while searching for a two-bedroom place near family, and signing up as a free member gave me more savings. We booked ahead, then called customer services a week before arrival to add the previous night. They were able to help. We collected the keys at a different location, and the staff there were helpful. We had no issues during the stay, and cleaners came halfway through to refresh the apartment. On checkout day the hot water stopped working, but I called customer services and on-site maintenance fixed it. They also let us check out an hour later. I'd highly recommend Roomzzz for a future stay, it's definitely good value compared with nearby hotels.

There are plenty of parking spaces, and the apartments come in different sizes, from studios to two-bedroom places, all with full kitchens. The location is convenient and the accommodation is great. The one issue is the heating: it doesn't run on a timer, and some radiators are broken in some apartments, so it can get cold. Otherwise, great.

The apartments worked perfectly for our festival trip with a group of mates. They were clean and spacious, about a five-minute drive from Headingley and Leeds city centre. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them.

Bad experience, I stayed for two nights and they charged me £100 at checkout, saying it was for deep cleaning. That's awful. The hotel is far from the city centre and the location is boring. They just want your money. I won't be back.
