Everything felt fresh, and the room looked newly done and was clean. Jasmine at reception was especially friendly and helpful, and the staff seem to really care. It's a great spot if you're planning to shop or go to Diwali events, with everything just a 2 minutes walk away. Comfortable stay and a handy location.

The shower hadn't been cleaned, the sink was broken, and black mold covered the bathroom. In the bedroom, the bed was lumpy, there wasn't a chair or even a small TV, and the cupboard was shabby. The bathroom was Spartan, and I've had more comfortable prison cells. Unless you're planning a haunted hotel themed event, avoid this place. Sleeping outside might be more comfortable.

Jasmine at reception made a real difference, just by being warm and friendly. She told me about local bars and checked whether I needed anything, and I felt welcome and looked after. Check-in was smooth and the service was fantastic.

Stayed for weeks and got great service. The manager and staff were really helpful, and all my requests were taken care of. There are good food places and stores nearby, with everything you need.
