Every enquiry I’ve raised with Base Liverpool has been handled quickly, usually within a couple of hours, and anything needing a repair was sorted straight away. The team is professional while still being welcoming, human, and easy to deal with. It’s been one of the best letting agency experiences I’ve had in the UK. Ivana is genuinely caring and professional, and it feels like she looks after people instead of just processing tenants. Mihai has been brilliant too, friendly, helpful, easy to communicate with, and a very talented maintenance man. People like Ivana and Mihai set a high standard and create a great atmosphere. I’ll always recommend Base to anyone looking to rent in Liverpool. Thanks again for everything. I’ll be in touch when I need another flat in Liverpool.

We had a great stay in a warm, spacious apartment that suited all our needs. Finding it was easy and we were warmly welcomed. We could also leave our luggage for the day after checking out, which was a real plus. I did mention at checkout that some extra blinds over the kitchen area would be useful, since builders on the roof greeted us in the morning. Thank you!

A big thank you for posting something we left in the apartment back to me. It was on its way less than an hour later, and the price was perfect. The cost was taken off the deposit, so there was no need to send money over the phone. I stayed with my partner and his friend. The apartment was nice and only a 10 min walk from where we needed to be. Thanks again.

It was an easy place to get around from, right in the center, and the staff were super friendly. We booked it for a short family trip and found everything simple and convenient. The place was clean, cozy, and spacious enough for all of us. A great option for families.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and getting in and out was easy. I stayed at BASE for a few nights and really enjoyed it. It was a nice, quiet place to come back to after a full day out. I’d stay again.
