The breakfast had a good range, including cereal, toast, eggs, omelettes and juice, with generous portions. And the location is hard to beat, only a five-minute walk from Anfield Stadium. We booked through Booking.com after looking into options for a Liverpool FC stadium tour, and got lucky with free parking right outside for our one-night family stay. Both rooms were clean, spacious and finished to a high standard. The only small drawback was that the shower and toilet area felt cramped. Everyone on staff was polite, welcoming and professional, and helped make the stay really pleasant. We'd happily come back in 2026 if we're lucky enough to get tickets for a Liverpool home game. We're lifelong Reds fans. Thanks to everyone at ARC Hotel for looking after our family, Raj, Rakesh, Karishma and Nisha.

Jade deserves a special mention for making us feel so welcome, though all the staff work hard running the hotel. The rooms are high quality and kept to a good standard. We loved our stay in room 7 and would come back next time we're in Liverpool. We think the hotel is fantastic and would recommend staying here. Only thing missing is a hot tub, lol. The bed was really comfortable, and the rooms feel so cosy. Such a lovely hotel, with the nicest group of staff I've ever met. They go above and beyond. I'd definitely come back.

As away supporters, we stopped in for a drink before the match because the Flat Iron wouldn't let our fans in. We usually go there, but really liked this place. Friendly staff, a great atmosphere and a nice pint.
