Maria at reception made a big difference to our stay. She checked us in, greeted us each morning, and was exceptionally friendly from the start. She offered great Liverpool recommendations, asked how our evenings had gone and seemed to genuinely care. The personal warmth made an already lovely visit feel special. We had a small ground-floor room, but it was practical and well designed, with a little kitchenette. Although we worried at first about people passing the window, it stayed very quiet at night and we heard no outside noise. The bed was comfortable, if a bit short and small. The location was ideal, a 5-10 minute walk from the city centre, with a supermarket and everything else we needed close by. In the mornings, the cleaner working in nearby rooms around 9am sometimes woke us. Apart from that, the location and especially the staff made the stay worthwhile.

We got a really decent rate as members of the Resident group, and the location was great. The shops, Royal Albert Dock and the Philharmonic were all an easy walk away. We loved having a kitchenette in the room, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location made it easy to get around, and we even got a discount at the Italian Club by showing our room card. Our rooms were spotless and well equipped, the beds were so comfortable, and we all slept brilliantly. A welcome drink on arrival was a lovely touch and made us feel valued straight away. My mum, daughter, grandson and I all had a fantastic stay. Every member of staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The manager, Sharon, was especially lovely and brought out treats for my grandson. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

My partner had a minor accident during our one-night stay, and the staff were incredible with her. They gave first aid and treated her with real kindness, like she was family. The location was excellent for most things you’d want to do in Liverpool. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Many thanks to all the staff who helped us. From Jamie, room 318.

My first visit to Liverpool was a lovely experience, and the resident helped make sure I’ll be back. We got a warm, friendly welcome at reception, then found a very clean, tidy room stocked with everything we needed for the low price. There was an unexpected happy hour too, with a free drink, an offer of a top-up and some crisps. We woke up a little late and asked if we could check out later. They said no problem and told us to take our time. Thanks for having us, see you next time!
