Trafalger Square made this such an easy base for our first time in London, with so many sights within walking distance. My husband and I came to stay at the Trafalger St. James for my 30th birthday, and had an incredible time. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and Rob and the rest of the breakfast team remembered our coffee orders and checked whether we needed anything. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It felt like a five star stay, and we’d happily come back. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting London for the first time.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and so helpful throughout our stay, and even sent a bottle of prosecco to the room for my birthday. We loved the little extras too: complimentary water and Coke in the minibar, plus tea and delicious cookies. The Tube is just steps away, with restaurants all around and London sightseeing close at hand. And the room was amazing. The pillows and bedding were so comfortable that getting out of bed each morning was honestly a struggle. I’d stay here every time I’m in London. Highly recommend!

Yahya was the best, and Yaram was so friendly and accommodating. The service was amazing, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. My wine glass was always topped up, and the meal was the best I’ve had in a long time. The food was fantastic, with great produce prepared really well. We visited the restaurant at the Trafalgar St James and I’d highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in London.

Sajjad really stood out among the friendly, helpful staff. He made us feel welcome, had great restaurant recommendations, arranged our airport taxi, and even loaded our bags. The bar has delicious pistachio margaritas and a great wine selection. This boutique Hilton is right in the middle of Trafalgar Square, with most London attractions and good restaurants only a short walk or taxi ride away. Truly a gem!

We were visiting for a 60th birthday celebration and felt so welcome. Nafia on reception was especially helpful, as were all the staff. They left a lovely birthday card and a bottle of champagne in our room, such a nice surprise. The hotel is amazing. Thank you all 😊
