Ibis London Elstree Borehamwood

Lim gave us a brilliant welcome and was so hospitable and helpful, including arranging a late checkout. We also had a delicious spicy chicken pizza prepared by Resul. The room was fantastic, really clean, and had everything we needed. Parking was very affordable too. My partner and I had a lovely stay, and I’d highly recommend the hotel. I’d definitely come back to Ibis.

I’ve stayed at Ibis multiple times and the service is good. The staff are helpful, and you get everything you need. The hotel and room were very clean, including a spotless bathroom. Towels were large and fresh, the bedding was new and fresh, and there was a good amount of tea, coffee, and milk. Very well done.

The atmosphere is pleasant, and there’s always a staff member visible downstairs, which helps compared with some other budget places. Check-in is quick and notably polite. Parking is plentiful, easy, and cheap. The rooms are very compact, but reasonably maintained and fine for a night or two. It’s the closest hotel to a town center full of places to eat, and there’s decent light food available in the hotel too.

My partner and I were starving, and Resul Yildirim made us a cheeseburger, grilled chicken wings, and lasagne that we really enjoyed. He was gentle, kind, and welcoming, and his service was professional. We left smiling and were both very happy with the meal. Thanks so much, we’ll be back!
