ibis London Greenwich

This was my third visit in two years, and I’ve enjoyed every stay. The hotel is consistently well located for the park and various stations. Rooms are always clean, breakfast is satisfying, and the staff are very friendly.

I’d definitely stay here again. The room was very nice and clean, with comfortable beds and lovely crisp pillows. Staff were lovely, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was great, with a full English as well as cold meats and cheese. I asked for two boiled eggs and got three, thank you!

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was great, with nice fresh food, though the service wasn’t so good. The room was freezing, the window was covered in condensation and black mould, and the heating didn’t work. It only blew cold air. I tried the electric plug-in heater in the room, but it didn’t make much difference. A staff member told me, ‘Yeah, to be fair, most of our rooms are like this.’

This was my first stay at an Ibis, and it won me over. Jeena at Reception was especially friendly when checking me in and made sure I got an amazing room. Her warm manner set the tone for the whole visit. Reception had a lively, fun atmosphere, and we even played a game of pool. It made the stay feel more personal and enjoyable. Everything was amazing, and I’ve decided to book my future stays with Ibis.
