We loved the room, it was cute and roomier than we expected, and the hotel had loads of charm. After a full day out, having the pub connected downstairs was handy for dinner. For a first London visit, the location was hard to beat: Westminster Abbey is just down the street, with Big Ben and Westminster Bridge a short walk away for catching the Uber boat. Buckingham Palace is close too, and we could walk or take a quick Uber, taxi, or bus to the places we wanted to see. We'd recommend it for a first trip to London.

After a few photos by Big Ben on a cold Sunday, we ducked in and were surprised by how friendly and welcoming this pub felt. The cheeseburger was a bit small, but so tasty and juicy. It's a nice place to eat after visiting the House of Parliament, away from the main crowd and with an authentic feel. Glad I found it, it'll be my London spot whenever I come back.

The value just wasn't there for me. The room was clean and comfortable, and the reception guy was great. The Westminster location is decent too. But at nearly 200 quid, I expected more than a small room with no view. Food choices were very basic, and the attached pub charged nearly 15 pounds for a starter and Coke that was barely edible. Breakfast was a little better, though still nowhere near hotels in London that cost less. It felt like a Wetherspoons hotel without the class. I can't recommend it for the money, there are better places and I'll choose one of those next time.

June 2025: We came with family visiting from out of town, including some older people, hoping to have a meal. Staff were clearing tables, but when we tried to take an empty one we were told it was taken. After waiting a few more minutes, we asked if we could be seated and one staff member spoke to us rudely. We left. It didn't feel like a welcoming British pub, more like we were there to support them.

Fuller's pubs are a favorite of mine, especially for London Pride and HSB, but what happened here matters much more than the beer. On Saturday evening, 18th October, my Mother-in-Law became ill in the restaurant. We called 999, and I've already shared feedback with the London Ambulance Service and St. Thomas' Hospital A&E. I also want to recognize Isaac, a pub team member, for his incredible response. He immediately offered support and reassurance, while quietly directing colleagues to prepare for the ambulance, get access to the defibrillator, and guide diners if needed. Isaac and the team handled an already difficult situation professionally. They kept everyone calm, informed, thoughtful, and discreet. Thank you all so much. My Mother-in-Law is recovering well now, and you played a part in that. Isaac and his colleagues went well beyond ordinary customer care. I'm proud to keep visiting Fuller's places for food and drink. Kind regards, Derek.
