Aerotel London Heathrow

The welcome team helped with our large suitcases and got us trolleys when we checked out. We had a family room on the first floor, with two comfortable double beds, plenty of towels, complimentary water, and biscuits. It's a great spot in Terminal 3 if you're staying overnight before an early departure, especially for Virgin Atlantic and other flights. Just don't count on a wake-up call. Ours never came, so thankfully we'd set alarms on our phones.

We could wake up and walk straight to security, which made this such an easy place to stay for a quick London layover. We took the Heathrow Express into downtown and left our things in the lovely room. It's small, but cleverly laid out and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. It cost a lot less than anything we found outside the airport, and saved us a lot of stress during the few hours we had. We could get into the city easily without a cab, just by walking to the train. I'd highly recommend it.

Jasdeep and Swezel were wonderful. Since we were a family travelling with children, they gave us a free upgrade to a family room with two large queen beds. Everyone on staff was courteous and professional, and the room was clean and convenient. I'd recommend it to anyone needing a comfortable sleep during a flight delay or long layover.

For a 13-hour stop at Heathrow, getting proper rest inside the terminal made the expense worthwhile. It's pricey for what you get, but it beats spending the whole layover in the airport. Aerotel London Heathrow Terminal 3 is simple rather than luxurious: a comfortable bed, a proper shower, and a quiet place to reset. The manager was professional and helpful, and went out of her way to improve the stay. She added a discount on top of the loyalty rate, which I really appreciated when I was tired and just trying to get through a long travel day. A smart option for a long Heathrow layover.
