Aethos London Shoreditch

The cocktail bar on the first floor made fantastic drinks, and housekeeping looked after my room well, even leaving little surprises. The rooms are modern, with comfortable beds and pillows. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome, especially Erel, who went out of his way to make the stay special for my friends and me. One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. I can’t wait to return to London.

Amanda and the bar team kept the drinks coming and the energy up all evening. The whole hotel is chic but still welcoming, so it made a lovely setting for our engagement party at Aethos. Andrew and Beatriz were helpful and accommodating from the first planning conversations, and made everything feel easy. I stayed overnight too, and the room was spotless, beautifully done, with a big comfortable bed. The team helped make it a really special memory for us. We’ll be back.

The location was perfect, and the views were great. The bartenders made Fire drinks, too. From arrival, we were treated like friends. Erel, the concierge, gave us great tips and recommendations, added personal touches each day, showed us to our room and explained how everything worked. He also checked in every day. Everyone we met was kind, interesting and helpful, and the service was spot on. Beautiful rooms, too. I’ve never felt so welcomed at a hotel. We’ll definitely return.

I felt safe the whole time as a solo woman travelling, and slept really well. The hotel was quiet and relaxed, with spotless modern rooms and thoughtful details throughout. Service was top notch. It’s in a great spot in Shoreditch, within walking distance of Old Street and Liverpool Street. I stayed two nights and had a great experience. This is my new choice for work trips, and I’m looking forward to coming back in May.
