Art'otel London Battersea Power Station

We had a King Studio for three nights over the February school vacation, travelling as a family with our two children. Everything from the service and facilities to the food and location was fantastic. We booked Bed & Breakfast and would recommend that rate. At Tozi, breakfast was excellent and delivered to our room at no extra charge. Dinner was delicious too, with a good kids menu. The staff handled every request quickly, with real kindness and care. The rooftop pool and hot tub were a treat in winter. Public transport is easy to reach, including the Uber Thames Ferry. One day we took it from Battersea Power Station all the way to Greenwich and saw many iconic London sights in about an hour. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby, plus a playground for families. We'd love to come back.

Adrian and the team made planning our event smooth and stress-free, even with all our requests. They were professional and well organised, and helped make the evening memorable. We're very grateful to them and would happily return to Joia for another event of this size. We held our Christmas party there in December for 120 guests. The venue has stunning views of Battersea Power Station, which gave the evening a wonderful atmosphere. We started with cocktails, canapes, and bowl food, then moved on to an open buffet. Guests were impressed by the Iberian-inspired dishes, their presentation, and the quality and quantity of the food.

We booked through Amex Hotel Collection for Dec 21-24. Check-in was easy, we got an upgrade to a higher floor, and our modern, artistic room had lovely views. The staff were friendly and helpful, and artisan chocolates were waiting for us in the room. We missed a chance to eat at the restaurant, but ordering food around 2am because of jet lag worked out surprisingly well. It was really good. The hotel is tucked into the Battersea Power Station complex, with food, cafes, and shops all an easy walk away. We enjoyed strolling along the Thames, with its views and relaxed feel. Central London is closer than you'd expect, about 20 minutes by tube, and Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road are easy to reach without changing trains. It felt like a hidden gem, and I'd stay here again.

We loved our stay and are already thinking about coming back. Mohammed, Sabrina, and Syed gave us impeccable service, and the doorman, whose name I sadly didn't get, always greeted us with a smile. They made the end of our holiday feel wonderful. The room was beautifully designed and comfortable, with thoughtful extras like a robe and slippers, a steamer, water, treats, and room service. There are a sauna and steam room, special events, and a heated rooftop pool with beautiful views. The location is right by the underground and train, with plenty to do on foot: restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, entertainment, and groceries. M&S hall, Sainsbury’s, and Tesco Express are close by. Definitely recommend it for a London visit.
