The hotel is modern, beautiful, and very clean, with spacious rooms, city views, nice amenities, and a good location. Staff were welcoming throughout, and especially accommodating to my mother and daughter. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to people visiting London. It can be a little difficult to contact the hotel from abroad, so better communication options for international guests would help. There was one concerning moment during a fire drill. My mother needed help getting out of the room, and although we were told someone would come, nobody arrived. Aside from that, we had a very good stay at art’otel London Hoxton. The place has a cool artistic feel and was comfortable overall.

The birthday spa day itself was nice, and the bathtub in my room was lovely. But I wouldn't choose this hotel again for a birthday or a holiday. Before booking, I checked that vegan breakfast was available and asked about rooms with tubs. I was given a list and told it depended on availability. I followed the instructions they gave me to try to secure one, then arrived right at check-in time, with nobody else checking in. Still, my room didn't have a tub and I was told I'd need to upgrade. Eventually the staff member offered the upgrade free, maybe because it was my birthday or because I was close to tears. The room was standard, and the bed was extremely hard. The room control screen wouldn't turn off, and the smoke detector seemed to flash blue every two seconds, making sleep difficult. An eye mask helped on the second night. I was also annoyed that spa treatments couldn't be charged to my room and that I had to switch rooms in between, though by the end I wasn't thinking about that. Apart from the woman who checked me in, whose name began with A, the staff were useless. When I couldn't sleep the first night, I asked guest services about tours of the hotel art and gallery, which were listed among the guest options. The woman there didn't know about them and sent me to reception. The man there didn't know either, and the receptionist eventually said the tour wasn't happening that day. I went to the gallery instead, but it was closed for a private event. At checkout I asked about taxis and was directed to guest experience, but nobody was there, so I ordered an Uber. Other than the check-in staff member, the hotel did nothing to make my birthday feel special. My second hotel and every restaurant I visited managed that with a card or sweet treat. The vegan breakfast amounted to cereal and fruit, which isn't a real adult breakfast. I asked whether there were other choices. I should have skipped the breakfast fee and got vegan pancakes around the corner. For a four-star hotel, I expected much more. I'd suggest choosing somewhere else for a luxury stay or a nice vacation.

The hotel has a lovely style and atmosphere, and I would book again. The staff were very friendly, and the spa was outstanding. It isn't far from the „old street“ underground station. There were a few minor issues that I noticed: the kettle was broken, the fridge's left door was faulty, and the junior suite was missing a bathrobe. They were small things to me, but they were noticed.

The rooms are unusually spacious for London, and for the price the stay feels premium. I use this hotel for both work and leisure, and it's always my first choice in the city. The facilities are excellent, including a sauna, spa, and pool. The hotel is modern and thoughtfully done, with a great location. Everyone on the team is friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks especially to Silvio, the manager, and Mihaela at reception, who clearly care about making a guest's stay better. The restaurant is another plus: good breakfast and consistently great service. Jola and her team are especially kind and welcoming.

Georgia, your colleague from Amsterdam (Art’otel Amsterdam), recommended Art’otel Hoxton London, and I'm so glad I took her advice. From the moment we arrived, the team looked after us and made us feel welcome, valued, and special throughout. The attention to detail, friendly atmosphere, and care were far beyond what I expected. The service was so, so good. Thank you for such warm hospitality. I'll never forget this stay 🧡🧡🧡🫶🫶🫶🫶
