The staff really made our stay. They were welcoming and accommodating, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The location was perfect for a weekend in London, and the rooms were comfortable for a short visit. The furniture is a little dated, but everything was very clean and the bathroom spotless. Water pressure was excellent. We did miss having a mirror near the power outlets, and the rooms could use better noise insulation. We’d definitely return.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and great amenities, and the location made it easy to get around. The hotel was spotless and beautifully designed, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options. Everything went beyond what I expected, and I’d absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

We felt comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very clean and hygienic, and Aatish at reception was especially kind, polite, and respectful. He stayed friendly and helpful throughout, and his sense of humor was something we appreciated. The rest of the staff were attentive and kind as well, and everyone treated both my husband and me with respect. We’d definitely recommend this hotel.

There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and the location is perfect. The rooms are beautiful and really spacious, and the staff are amazing. A rare little gem. Highly recommend!
