I had to leave before breakfast, so the team suggested a grab-and-go bag without me even asking. When I checked out at 7:15am, it was ready and hearty. They were courteous and helpful throughout. I was there for work this week and checked in late, when parking was tricky, but the front desk team helped me find a free spot. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed for the night. I'd recommend the hotel and will stay again when I'm back in the summer.

The team at best western ilford were incredibly welcoming from check-in and clearly care about their guests. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff are some of the nicest I've met. Our room was clean and well maintained, the service was great, and we had no complaints. Thank you for your hospitality, we'd happily recommend a stay here.

We were really pleased with our stay. It's a cozy place with a pleasant atmosphere, and the bright, clean rooms have everything needed for a comfortable visit. The administrators were especially friendly, always ready to answer questions and help. We'll definitely come back.

The location was perfect, convenient and well connected, and breakfast was fresh, varied and top quality. What made the stay especially lovely was Olga and Svitlana. They were professional, kind and attentive, always welcoming us and making us feel at home from the start. Top breakfast, top location, and especially top kindness. We'll definitely return next year. Highly recommended!
