Everything was close by, right in the heart of London. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and fresh, and it was well equipped throughout. Communication with the host was great, and check-in was easy. A fantastic stay.

The location is fabulous and it’s really good value. There’s a lot of space, including a good-sized kitchen and room for the family to get together. Some parts are a bit tired, but the place is clean and bright.

The location was very handy, close to the Tower of London and between two underground stations. The flat was clean and well maintained, with fresh towels and all the necessary new Kitchen equipment. But it was smaller than the Booking.com photos suggested, and the dirty windows badly needed cleaning, so the view was disappointing. There’s no lift to the 4-th floor, and the stairs are very narrow and steep. That was challenging for my 3-years old son and my 67-years old mum. I’d ordered a baby cot, but it wasn’t ready when we arrived. Staff brought it quickly after I reminded them, though they struggled to unfold it properly. I liked details like the linen bag, but the Instax didn’t work and I had to buy batteries. The bathroom ceiling leaked twice while I was showering during light rain. Since it’s the top floor and there’s a light in the ceiling, I can’t imagine how worrying that would be in heavy rain. Afterwards I was asked whether anything was less than 5-star worthy. My answer is that it wasn’t worth 5*. At that price, all the details should be managed properly.

We couldn’t get proper rest and wouldn’t recommend this place. A loud machine-like noise, perhaps a compressor, ran on and off throughout the night after we reported it, making it impossible to sleep. The apartment also felt poorly maintained: mould in the bathroom, dust balls on the beds, and stained chairs that were unpleasant to sit on. We didn’t feel comfortable, and it wasn’t worth the price. Calling it a luxury aparthotel doesn’t match our experience. We felt ripped off and disappointed. The girl who attended to us was very friendly, but the problem wasn’t resolved.
