We only stopped for drinks at Flute, the rooftop bar, and it was fantastic: great staff, service, drinks and atmosphere. The hotel's rooms are each decorated beautifully and differently, and the welcome from staff once inside was exemplary. It's discreetly tucked next to The Ivy, and would be a great venue for entertaining, whether for work or pleasure. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The doormen were the highlight for me. They were cheerful and attentive every time, remembered our names and brought good energy to the guests. The mattress, on the other hand, was so worn that I felt close to sliding off it at night. I came away with mixed feelings after three nights. The hotel has an intentional, authentic design based on what I understand is a circus-family story. It's unusual and not like a chain or familiar luxury brand, which may suit people who enjoy theatrical concepts. I found the decor too kitschy and overdone for my taste. Housekeeping kept everything immaculately clean, but felt intrusive. My clothes were reorganized, shoes moved, and charging cables rearranged. I strongly dislike people handling my things without asking. Partly used creams, toiletries and even my personal everyday water bottle were thrown out and replaced the next day. Sustainability didn't seem to be a priority. Breakfast was a real letdown. Deviating from the exact menu made it almost impossible to get what we asked for, and the first morning took nearly two hours. Staff were friendly and eager to help, but rarely confirmed orders, causing mix-ups at breakfast and reception. Reception also felt transactional and process-driven rather than guest-focused. Nobody asked how the stay was, and our final bill had incorrect charges for services we hadn't used. We were honeymooners and celebrating a birthday, details we mentioned several times, but the hotel didn't acknowledge either in a meaningful way. For the price, I expected much better service, coordination and awareness of guests. The concept was interesting, but execution disappointed me. The hotel should invest in proper staff training; teamwork and luxury hospitality shouldn't feel like this.

I was in London for work events and didn't spend much time at the hotel, but the room made a strong impression. It was quiet, very comfortable and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches and amenities that showed the hotel had planned ahead. The front desk was proactive, communicative and helpful, and the service was excellent. I almost never leave reviews, but felt I should this time. I'll be back.

The care started before we arrived, with reservations, and continued through thoughtful touches in the room and an impeccable checkout. When I fell ill on Sunday morning, several team members found different ways to help and support me, which I was very grateful for. The whole team deserves a huge thank you. The hotel was stunning from the pink door to the enchanting lobby, and every space, including our room, was beautifully designed. It was a lovely setting for my husband's special birthday. Ollie checked us in like a gentleman, shared the story of the hotel and its owner, and gave us a kind little tour. Service was exceptional throughout, and nothing seemed too much trouble. We can't wait to return.
