The rooms were on the small side, but we were only there for a four-night trip and weren’t planning to spend our time cooped up indoors. The hotel was peaceful, had a grown-up feel, and nothing essential was missing. Breakfast was delicious, and we’d gladly return. The location was excellent for getting around. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Anna, Syed, John, and Tynissa at reception, and to the lovely breakfast room attendant whose name we sadly can’t remember. We picked the hotel because I was working just around the corner, and it turned out to be a nice, quiet little part of Piccadilly. Breakfast was really good, and the bar and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean, and the staff were polite and lovely. There was an air conditioning problem in our room. They tried to fix it before moving us to another room.

Kamal deserves a special mention. He was especially helpful, always had practical tips ready, and was very kind. I felt really well looked after and would happily stay again. The Caesar Hotel was a wonderful place to stay in London. The staff were welcoming, the room was very clean, and breakfast was excellent. Its location also makes it extremely convenient for getting around the city.

Water, coffee, and cookies were replenished every day, which was a lovely touch. Our room had lots of space, proper windows, and even a nice view, something you don’t always get in London. It was very comfortable, super clean, and in a great location. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The staff were great, and they cleaned the room after I pointed out the problem, which I appreciated. Still, for nearly $400 USD, I felt pretty ripped off. I got a room that felt like the quality of a two-star hotel in the US. When we arrived, the room was beat up, with dated, dinged furniture and dirty sheets. Most concerning, there was blood on the radiator. The shower also flooded the bathroom. It was okay for one night, but the room felt far too dated for that price, especially when it wasn’t a particularly busy time. Not great value.
